Bruel is the Executive Director of the IBM Center for The Business of Government. He was formerly the Senior Advisor in the Office of Management and Budget in the Executive Office of the President, and served for nearly ten years as the U.S. delegate and elected vice chair of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Public Management Committee. We’ll talk about his new book and the efforts involved in the transition to the next administration.And you can join the conversation in the chat room.
