The General had on too many "brooches" , too much "bling", too many "patches" and a cheap plastic name tag...

People who aren't Gunman/Militants/Terrorists/Insurgents should now be referred to as Civilians. Failure to comply with the latest Dictum will unecessarily inform the public of reality.
