Thank you. I guess you've gotta be about my age or older to really appreciate The Wall but there are some people like you and Blackfive that I think come pretty close. I damned near collapsed in a Patriot Guard Riders flag line last spring and I guess I'm gonna have to be smart enough to not show up that day but I know I'll have friends there. I'll be there is spirit as I knew a lot of other vets and currently serving warriors will be. Thanks again for helping get the word out.

It's my opinion that "Hanoi Jane" anywhere near the Wall is a desecration of what I consider sacred ground. Scum like her should be reminded of the Hanoi photo, with that shiteating grin of hers. I,for one, will never forget.

It would take incredibly insensitive arrogance for a traitor like Hanoi Jane to go anywhere near the Wall - so it will be no surprise if she does it. If I was able to be there, she'd be at risk of some form of resistance or retaliation from at least one vet, both for her thus-far unpunished treason during the Vietnam War and for her arrogance, then and now.
If she does go there, she must do so knowing and intending that hundreds of thousands of Vietnam vets will be grieviously insulted by such an act. It is even a greater insult, if it is done, under these circumstances. In no way can she realistically believe that the 58,000 troops on that Wall or the vast majority of the 1 million vets who served in Vietnam, would support the message of irresponsible dissent she is attempting to deliver. Hopefully the vets who ARE able to be there will take on the role the Patriot Guard assumes at military funerals and shield that hallowed ground from desecration by Hanoi Jane and her ilk.

One of multiple reasons why I will support the Gathering of Eagles:

I've heard that "Rolling Thunder", the MC, will be in attendance and participating with these other patriots. Talk about "getting interesting".
