GH,
I agree. It is like getting an endorsement from both Generals Lee and Grant.
Obviously there will be few political pontifications in LT Pantano's book.
My copy is in the mail. Can't wait to read it.

I read this book. It's great. There's no partisan politics here, just the story of a hard-charging Marine. Of the recent Marine Corps Lt. books I've read though, I have to admit that I liked One Bullet Away better. They are both very different books, and Pantano's book was more of a page-turner, but I felt like I learned more from Fick's book.
