Yet another report that Abu Zarqawi has bought the farm.
Meanwhile his family is reported to have condemned him following his claims of responsibility for a suicide attack last week on three hotels that left more than 60 people dead, including celebrants at a wedding party.
My guess? He's living in his mom's basement. Participating in a suicide bombing isn't his style.
Update: Iraq the Model with news from (where else?) Iraq.
"Participating in a suicide bombing isn't his style."
Agreed, he's too much of a coward.Posted by ZUMWALTSNAVY at November 20, 2005 10:51 PM

Greyhawk, I tried to send a trackback on this post, but I got the following error:
Ping 'http://www.mudvillegazette.com/cgi-bin/mt/mt-tb.cgi/3664' failed: HTTP error: 403 Throttled
The Big Lizards post is here: http://biglizards.net/blog/archives/2005/11/has_zarqawis_lu.html
I got that same error message recently when I pinged my own site (one post linking to an earlier post), but it cleared up in a few days.
I'm not sure what "403 Throttled" means; the gal I e-mailed at my host server thinks it's an internal Movable Type error message, that they have some sort of automatic throttling.
I don't know why that would be. Throttling is usually when a site is redirected to another URL (usually the old one with .throttled added to the end) because of bandwidth problems; but surely that would be a host-server decision, not a Movable-Type decision! So I'm unclear what it means in this case.
I'll keep periodically resaving, hoping that the trackback eventually goes through. In the meanwhile, consider this comment in lieu of a trackback.
