Let a jury, not the left or the media, decide.
He's a Jordanian, not an Iraqi, so that punctures the "Minuteman" defense.
Charge him, and do away with dual citizenship for Americans at home and abroad. (When the heck did the law change, anyway?)

It hasn't. The US does not recognize dual citizendship, although some foreign countries do. I have to renounce my Filipino citizenship when I became a US one.

But yeah, this treason case is a no brainer...but then again, what's his nuts in who was captured with the Taliban in Afghanistan got off pretty light too.....
