John Kerry's focus on this campaign reminds me of Brad Pitt in the movie "12 monkeys", smacking his self in the head and saying,"FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS"!!

BUSH was NOT the person to PROPOSE HOMELAND SECURITY. NEITHER was it the REPUBLICANS. It was JOE LIEBERMAN, a DEMOCRAT from Conniticut, who PROPOSED creating a federal department of HOMELAND SECURITY. BUSH OPPOSED it until June 2002. With pressure from Democrats and a few Republicans, and of course his Karl Rove, Bush made it into a midterm congressional campaign issue, saying the Democrats were the ones trying to obstruct the creation of the department.

Bush is a [expletive deleted] liar. Phew, that felt good.
